The Dasha Merge

JS3 sports a powerful dasha merge feature. It merges events too.

Pick from different dashas, there's more now, and different levels, you can mix different people too, just drag a name from a chart list and drop it on a name menu on this window.

The Results List

Above you choose your dashas, people, lengths, which period of life, and other variables. Then you make the list, and it's very fast.

At right, is one view, there's the other, shown below a little, it's glyphs.

So you can see the ephemeris for the date you hilite, and a graph showing how many times the planets participated, and if you make it wider, the lords come along.

Events Merging Everywhere

Throughout the program, where appropriate, you can merge the events you've entered for this person or chart into lists, like dashas mainly. Here I checked "Event Lines Only" and thus see just those lines which have events on them.

Color Printing Everywhere

The program now prints lines and text in two different colors, you can set. Additionally, many printouts have other colorings like as shown here. Color printers are now standard.

Which Dashas?

These are the dashas JS3 currently has in it, that will be in it for sure. You could sum these up as

Vimshottari, Yogini, and KC

then most of the Parashari Conditionals

No Jaimini dashas yet

Events

Everywhere appropriate, like I said. This is very good for checking work, doing research, learning, rectification, virtually everything. It's really helpful and events are FULLY supported in JS3.
